Get rid of anything that creates air bubbles like that. They are not that good for livestock in the tank. The thing you should get however is a bunch of powerheads to create flow :)

you dont need it, but if you like how it looks keep it. it will just oxygenate the water

saltcreep is a b!tch with those bubble makers in reef tanks, i had the donuts one in my old 75 and after the saltcreep, it eventually got clogged , so enjoy it while you can it wont last long.
