Algae causing cloudy water

Well, I believe this is what is causing the problem, each time I turn on the three MH, within a hour or so the water gets cloudy. I have read that the bulbs may need changed and I'm at a point that I need to do a water change in the cycling process, tank is just over a month old. Water numbers are well within the acceptable levels.
Here is what is running in the system
180 gal tank
Coralife light (3MH, 4 Act, 4 moon LED's)
40 gal sump (no bioballs)
huge protein skimmer
LR rubble in return camber
Fluval FX5 canister
DIY algae scrubber (1 week)
2 waves makers
three powerhead 802's

What are your water test results?

If your running both a skimmer and scrubber I'd take off the canister filter, it's just going to cause you more problems down the road.

That cloudyness is probably caused by some sort of bacteria bloom you have going in there.

And we need the actual numbers of your tests please.
