These have been growing all over my weir, couldn't get a pic of those though. This one is in my sump. What is it, and is it good, bad, or is it just one of those things?
Almost looks like some kind of roots?

Does it move? If no, I'd guess some sort of algae.

Doesn't move as far as I know. The reason I don't think it's algae is that the biggest one in the weir has some tube like clear thing growing out of the center. I may be able to get a pic of that one in the morning.
