ok so 2 weeks ago i lost my anemonie. I found him today inside my canister filter. it is still alive. should i put it back in the tank or toss it out? dont want to risk anything.

Toss it. It wasn't doing well in the first place. And if it got sucked into your canister filter, it wasn't healthy or happy.
