anenome not coming out???

ok so ive had an anemone for about a month now. he was doing fine for a couple weeks two maroon clowns hosting it. then is deattached itself from my live rock and moved to the back of my tank behind all the rocks. hes been back there ever since?? what should i do? dont they need light to survive its been back there for 2 weeks now and im getting nervous? i really dont feel like tearing down all my live rock???

What are your water parameters? What kind of lighting do you have? What species of anemone do you have? How long has your tank been running? How big is the anemone and how big are your clowns?
We need this information to try and help you figure out what is going on.
