another newbie to sw

Have had freshwater tanks in the past, have been wanting a salt water one for years, but always heard they are expensive and a pain to maintain. been doing some research on them for well over a month now, so hopefully i know what i am getting myself into now.

So far i have purchased a 55 gal glass aquarium, and just finished building my stand for it today. Ill be ordering the other bits soon so i can start getting things going hopefully towards the end of the month.
