does anybody have any good sump ideas for my 180

If its a standard 180, you have quite a bit of room underneath the stand. just make sure you put whatever you're going to use under the stand BEFORE its filled with water. To get mine in, I had to temporarily remove the front center brace from the stand to get clearance. I would NOT advise doing that with the tank full of water

I had to do the same with my 90g, removing the back brace once it had water in it - biggest PITA ever.
And whatever size you go with, make sure to measure the internal dimensions of the stand before buying it, as well as the dimensions of your skimmer to make sure everything fits.
