Any trick to getting fish out Of tank

So I want to get this fish out of my tank now! Well it being 90g and this fish the size of a quarter weaving in and out of my live rock... I dont want to stress out all my other fish with my arm and my net trying to fish this bitch out of here. Any ideas?!

Fish trap made from Power Aide bottle works great.
Cut top off and invert it. Put some rock or sand inside to keep it down. Place in tank. Don't feed for a day. Place food in bottle on second day. Step away from the tank and watch.
Worked for two damsels, a bicolor psudo, and two clowns.
only downside is all the crabs and shrimp i caught on accindent.

You can also start feeding your fish from a net, and then once they comfortable with that, just scoop them out, takes a little longer but it works
