Anyone know what these are?

Anyone know what these are? I've done a little web searching but cant find any pics to ID them. They are on my glass in a couple patches like ones you see in the pic. They are about 1/8" in diameter. I didn't notice them yesterday they must grow fast.

When you click on the pic it gives you more info, he said that it stuck to his glass, and theres not much known about them, he also says he wouldnt go as far as to say there reef safe.

Those are spiroid jellys,there harmless and will go away in a week or so.

Yotes right Spiroid,related to jellyfish.Hydroids being the generic term.

Wow thats pretty interesting, I was a little worried for bit that it was some some sort of menace anemone or something i didn't want in the tank that was gonna be hard to keep under control. They Literally appeared over night and thers about 200 or so on my glass but they dont seem to have spread overnight. thanks for the help everyone! :mrgreen:
