arrow crab yes or no????

It all depends what you're planning on adding to your tank later, because those arrow crabs are predators and will kill other inverts in the tank. Imo

Arrow crabs are not safe for your other animals, and they can wipe out your sand fauna, which is a bad thing.

before adding anything i suggest taking back that anemone :)

Get a Skunk Cleaner Shrimp instead. Your fish will thank you. :)

They will also attack small fish so I say No.

i got the cleaner shrimp.......im thinking of doing corals... im have to change some of my fish...but i like how corals look better....are they hard to keep

Soft corals not so hard, but SPS is much more demanding of perfect stable water conditions.

I also would stay away from arrows... are sally lightfoot crabs the same? I wanna get some more inverts but I already have an emerald crab...

Sally lightfoots and arrow crabs are different. But neither are fish safe. I used to have two sally lightfoots, and I watched them catch, kill and eat a sixline wrasse and two firefish right in front of me.
