i have my 46g bow front i like it but then i dont...i was thinking of going back to my 30g tank. why because my lights look alot stronger in my 30g..but with my 30g tank can i have clams..with a light fixture of 2x96w.
big question?

I personally don't think that would be strong enough for clams (especially the higher light ones) but I will let others chime in on that. I have my crocea directly under my AI Sol with the 40 degree optics and it soaks up light like you wouldn't beleive. I have literally melted corals in similar spots of my tank

i was thinking the samething but not right now i want my tank to be just right with no problems ..and find a good healthy clam.my tank is doing ok right now..i do want to get one more light set. to be sure.
