Bio bloom

First this is about a freshwater tank, but it should be about the same shouldn't it?

Sunday I did a huge water change due to extremely cloudy water, total scrub of tank and major water change.

Yesterday I did a small feed, then by the afternoon, the cloud was back, what is this, one LPS said Bio Bloom, what is this, what do I do to get my water back?

Freshwater tanks have algae blooms also...it needs to build up some more bacteria in the tank, just like saltwater, to sustain life. When I did fw tanks, I found that carbon helps a lot.
