I just got some blasto coral, love it! Very pretty. Anything special I should keep in mind in caring for it?

One of my favorite corals! They are easy. They don't require feeding or anything special. And they will spread quickly if they are happy.

Ok this must be the blasto. I wonder what that other coral is now... It is a white green color, I will grab a pic when it is under the normal lights. lol (we just got a frag of each of these guys).

First one sounds like green star polyps.

I love blastos too. I have one frag. It's a stoney coral, so it's going to grow kinda slow. I feed mine a bit of mysis, krill and brine about once a week. They require medium to low flow and medium to low lighting. If they act funny, move to less light and less flow until they stabilize.

Now lets see that daylight pic. It all looks good under actinics. :mrgreen:
