Bleached

Is it okay if a small part of my hammer coral is bleached completely?

any bleaching is a very bad sign,either its to intence light or its something wrong with it,check your perams and place the remaining live unbleached coral on the bottom of your tank

bleaching in anything is not a good sign, but it can be caused by a variety of things such as a temp swing, parameter swing, or the coral doesnt like its placement, some sort of tank contaminate. You best bet is to try and figure out why it bleached, and find some way to prevent it from happening again. Then some TLC should help your coral recover, but it will a slow process.

Too much lighting probably, what type of light do you have?

I am using the blue actinic lighting in the biocube stock lighting.

What about the white (10,000 k) light? If you're not tuning the white light also, that'll be the reason why too.
