Brand new and need help

I have a 26 gallon tank and i need to know everything i need to get and if you have an idea where to get it cheap online because i am stationed over in england. Thank you very much for any help that is given because i will use all of it

o i would like to do fish and coral but if its alot easier and cheaper i can do just fish

Start with a "fish only live rock" tank. Wait months before you try corals. Some of the things you will need:

heater: get a 150 watts titanium and that tank will never get cold.
Live rock: This stuff is very pricey. Suggest you try to find a lot of cheap dry rock (made from dead coral skeletons) and add some live rock to it after the dead rock has cycled.
Sand: get live aragonite sand

Scratch that, I'm not sure you can buy live rock from the states and have it shipped internationally, you'll have to find a local place to buy LR from. Marcorocks does ship internationally though.

do i need a sump tank

No you don't need a sump. They are especially not necessary for small tanks like yours, although they make things much easier for larger tanks.
