brown substance

hey guys quick question, tank is two weeks into cycle. don't have a test kit yet ( it's ordered ) so i'm not sure on parameters. i have a brown substance all over my tank. last night i went to bed, and this morning its covered in it. wondering if anyone might no what it is.

sounds like diatoms, which are normal and should go away on their own as long as you arent using tap water or sand that has silicates in it

thanks little fish, using RO/DI water and i have arogonite substrate
