Calculating Flow Rate

Does anyone have a good resource or link that will enable me to calculate what the actual flow rate of my system will be?...I plan to use a pump that specs 700 gph, but I have about a 4' lift from my wet/dry sump to the return of my tank

I believe the loss of flow vs head will differ from pump to pump. I would look at the pumps web site for that one. 4 foot of head is not that much, and if I remember right the maxijet 1200 dose not loss any power at 4 feet.
