Can someone ID this algae

It's always as a single strand, brownish/green. It seems to grow fast as a single strand. Typically I can see it on the glass if I don't clean for a few days. It can be as long as 3-4”. (No bubbles)
I'm almost leaning towards some sort of cyano.
Parameters are all spot on. Temp 78f, Po4/No3= 0 . Other than that I have "no" algae, tank is super clean!
I can easily suction it out, but in a few days I see it again. I tried doing a 3 day complete blackout! (Sides and top in a back covering) Everything was gone, in a few days I could see a few strands popping up.
It’s hard to take a pic of it but you can see a few tangled together on a small green tree frag.

Are you sure its not just hair algae?

For sure not GHA, If you look on the right side you can barely see one long strand coming off the Green tree across the snail shell.
On the glass it will do the same, one spot the size of a pin head and a single strand about 2-4" long

This looks exactly as the algae @Marinne13 had in her tank a few weeks ago. I remember she also mentioned that it didn't have bubbles.
