Chat Improvements

    I'm working on some improvements to Living Reefs and the first one is active already, but it's in "beta" ;)

    There is now a "who's in chat" on the main page and I'll shortly be adding this to the forum homepage footer. This should help you know once someone is in chat.

    I'm also working on fixing any server performance issues which would cause problems in chat :).
