Cheap blue light fixture

I meant "cheap"
I'm looking for about 20 to 30 watts of cheap blue light (approx. 420 NM) for a small tank. It seems like most fixtures are geared for much boigger tanks. Got any ideas for a fixture?

and what kind of fixture are you using to power it? T5? PC? What kinda bulb Sen?

I have the 24" aquatic life fixture that holds 2 T5 bulbs. It was only $99 at my local LFS.

The legs slide to fit your tank however wide it might be so its great for any size tank.

It gives the options of connecting up to 3 of them together so you can add more later if you want.

I like it.

I have a 20 gallon FOWLR and I want coralline to cover everything. My other 20G long has 1 35 watt blue actinic and 1 35 watt white CP and the coralline has covered almost every piece of rock in the tank and the cal and alk have been chronically low! I am convinced blue light (apporx 420 NM) is the secret to growing lots of coralline.

you are testing low calcium and alkalinity because the coralline is eating it up.same way a tank with a hair algae problem will test 0 phosphates.
