Cleaning tank

I just got my new tank into place. It is a little dirty, what if anything besides water can I clean it with?

Vinegar and water is usually the best option.

If its really bad, bleach is a last resort, but then use vinegar to clean the bleach out and use the smell test. If it still smells, theres still some in there.
