Copper in water

hello, ium setting up my neighbor with a 130 gallon tank. hes doing fresh water for now cause he is getting sharks with the tank. Is copper an issue with freshwater, i just checked his water and its .10 is this to high?

i think copper is much less dangerous in freshwater

Maybe dangerous if he has some snails or cherry shrimp or something??
