I only have one fish in there...reflection. Just noticed the mark on his head today, any ideas? He is healthy, water chemistry is fine...nothing has changed really.

It is possible that he bumped his head on som LR chasing after a pod or something. Keep an eye on him and notice if he changes for the better or worse.

Is that a white spot? If it is then watch out for the other symptoms of ich, but if its more of a pale fleshy (coral beauty flesh) color, then BJ is probably right. Wouldn't hurt to suppliment some mult-vitamins if you don't already as it will help him heal faster

Has it developed any redness near the white spot?
Is the white area sunken into the head or does it protrude out?

Nope! It's gone :) Must have just bumped his head chasing the puffer or something...
