Coral Book

[Piggy]

Does anyone know of a good book on corals? I would like one with lots of color pics and info on each. I've been searching the web and bookstores but haven't found one yet. Help would be appreciated.

The only book on corals I have Piggy is this one.I had it since 99',a good book with care tips and lots of photos.

Corals: A Quick Reference Guide

This is another good coral book.I've gone through that book at the LFS.In ways,I like it better,more informative too me and more corals listed.I seen this a while ago at Books a Million.

Saltwater Aquarium Fish: Aquarium Corals: Selection, Husbandry and Natural History

I would chose the second over the first.

Aquarium Corals by Eric Borneman is a great book to own.

there is a book by the same author who wrote the Marine Fishes handbook. It is a small, white book that seems to be everywhere in LFS. There is a companion to Marine Fishes, called Marine Invertibrates, which has pics and descriptions of corals.

I'm pretty sure that is the one Biff has suggested too...

upon further research, I have found that Biffy, once again, has me beat on the timing of the feedback. I was thinking of the same book. Pocketexpert guide. great book. So I guess I second Biff's feedback.
