Coral Disease?

Hi everyone, is that brown jelly disease on my hammer? I didn't bump against it, and I only have 1 shrimp. (no hermit crabs). Also, what is growing on my sand?

the second picture is cyano and im not quite sure what im suppose to be looking at on the hammer but it looks ok to me

Try to see if you can siphon that spot to see if you can remove it. Hopefully the coral was just taking a crap or something. If it is brown jelly disease, you can frag the coral, and get rid of the infected part before it infects the rest of the coral. Just break that stem off. Good luck.
