Coral ID???

Its not that hard. Its alive cause its colors have changed since I got it and a little string of something was on 1 of the tips. Also most of the tips are whitish where its been growing.
 
I think we're need a picture of the polyps extended to get a true identification.Its definitely an SPS but I'm not sure what kind.Almost looks like skeleton on my branching hydnophora without the flesh exposed.

I hadnt even thought of that.
And I agree after seeing the close up pics.
BTW,If thats what is,dont let it touch any corals you want to keep.Hydnophora has a fairly potient sting and will most likely kill any corals it stings.
