I know it is too late, but next time try adding potasium and do some coral feeding. Recommend the Red Sea Pro Color and energy Line of products.
I had the same problem as you have. I added potasium and the coral is fully recovered. Not all coral response to potassium. Red Sea have supplement to all different type of coral.
