Ive noticed that when i slowly take my salinity up to .025 all my softies and my lps shrink and stay like shrunk till i take it down to like.024 or .023. should i just keep it lower for them since they seem to be bigger and fuller at the lower salinity. my sps's dont seem to change at all tho.

This sounds more like an alk issue. Many LPS will react to sudden changes to alk.

and what are you using to measure your salinity?
it took me 3 to 4 weeks to go from 023 to 025 and as i went up higher everything started to shrink down and stayed that way for about 4 weeks. so noticing that the corals never fluffed back up i have now started to decrease it. as i started they came back with just the slight drop just under 025. im using a refractometer. my alk has stayed at 8.
