I believe you can put them in right away after a water change following your cycle. As for "good ones" it depends on your lighting among other things.
 
you definitely need brighter lights! general rule of thump is 6-8w per gallon! your at .57w per gallon.... :/ i would upgrade before i put corals in, you might be able to get away with zoas/palys, mushroom.. but your light is really low watts so i would upgrade before i put corals in, they make some awesome led fixtures
 
The 5-6 watts per gallon is a little exaggerated, but you do want at least 4. Im not sure you could even keep softies with that light.

agua illumination SOL's
radions are awesome but very expensive
just a few choices
