so i was looking at this instead of epoxy for putting frag plugs on rocks how does it work if any ones used it? is it possible to glue down underwater or put glue on the plug over the water and attach it underwater? or would both the rock and plug need to be above water

I do of all my bonding out of the water. Your corals should be fine out of water long enough for you to attach everything

thats not my issue is my live rock and i didnt wanna move my aquascaping but i guessi can if i have to, how good is this glue

Why not just use super glue gel? It's safe to use in your tank and will bond under water.
