What are the signs that the cycle of a new tank are almost done? Is it the nitrate levels spiking and coming back down.? When is it safe start putting live stock in?

0 ammonia, 0 nitirite and low levels of nitrates below 20-30 i'd say. Though im sure there are different opinions on here. I would also do a water change if all your levels are in that range. Not 100% sure of the exact % you should do, i did 25% after my cycle.
