Cycling tank - cloudy water

Is it normal for the water to get pretty cloudy during the later phases of cycling a tank?

I'm now at the two week mark. I have put some liquid bacteria in the tank to assist in the cycling process.

the cloudyness is probably a bacteria bloom, just give it time and it should go away
