Cycling tank

I have been cycling my tank for a couple weeks now. My nitrite 0, nitrate less than 5ppm, pH 8.2, and my ammonia is stayin between .25 ppm and .5 ppm. when i got the tank i cleaned it with vinegar/water mix. i am hoping it starts dropping soon. im supa impatient so i can start putting it together.:frustrat:

Are you using the API Liquid test kits? They have been known to read .25 ammonia when the level is actually zero. You may want to get a second test to verify the results
