Dead snails/hermit crabs

Hi everyone,

I couldn't help but ask about this. If a snail or hermit crab dies in the tank in a place that's difficult to reach should I be worried about trying to remove the body? I'm pretty confident that the bodies are getting eaten up by the other hermit crabs though...they're feisty.

You can just leave them

They will get eaten by something else. And they are small enough that for most tanks, you don't need to worry about it.

As everyone says, it will be just fine. I had a turbo land itself upside down in an area I couldn't get to and it died. Parameters never changed in the tank and the rest of cuc took care of it.
