Diatoms?

I assume this is diatoms? It's appearing in the back two corners where there's probably the least flow.

I have a clean up crew of about 60+ dwarf ceriths, a handful of nerite/florida ceriths/nassarius (about 6ish of each) all in a 50 gallon. Will these guys eventually take care of it?

It looks like diatoms. Is this a newly set up tank? If so, the diatoms should run their course; it's normal to see them within a couple months of setting up a tank. Diatoms build their outer structures out of silicates. So if you are using tap water (which contains silicates), this will fuel diatom outbreaks. Also, if you used silica-based sand (like play sand or sand from the hardware store), this can also cause diatom problems. If you use RODI water and used aragonite sand, then the diatoms normally die off on their own over time as they use up any silicates in the tank.
