Hi all! I am experimenting with my new christmas gift, the Canon Rebel XSi!!

I'm hoping for a little feedback on the following images, as this is my very first SLR and I'm practicing with macro shots. Only one is of my camera-hogging PBT, and the others are non-aquatic.

We got a canon xsi as well it's an awesome camera. Lots of videos on youtube on how to use it as well.

Thanks Yote! *L* Funny thing was, I spent about 2 hours playing with the settings and features of this camera while photographing my tank. The PBT happened to be in just about every shot. Not a single one was as clear as the one above.

Just so happened that the christmas tree is right next to the tank. As I was shooting the ornaments, she swam up to the glass to see what I was doing and to attempt to charm me into serving her another helping of seaweed. I turned to look at her at the same time as I pressed the shutter and ta-da! Marvelous shot. Needless to say, I recorded those camera settings for the future!
