Hey guys im new to living reefs I am a member on OVAS.ca a ottawa based forum also.
I have had some freshwater tanks and a friend dared me to "try" salt. at worst i could just sell the stuff that wasnt dead and make my money back. he had found me a dual 30g set-up drilled overflowbox with a cheap stand and a POSeaclone skimmer and some sand. He told me this was "ALL I NEEDED" Let me tell you 1100$ later he was VERY WRONG!!! lol. I Find my 30g a little small and i wish to get some bigger fish. I see my tank getting pretty overcrowded at this point too from corals.
I Have a 90g custom set-up i am planning. Mainly the reason i have signed up. Im looking for any input on this from other exerienced stand builders. i have some plans and ideas are mostly concrete. just the things to watch out for. anyways hope to chit chat with you guys soon
