FOWLR Lighting

Is a T5 overkill for a FOWLR? What would you recommend?

Then just about any type of lighting will be alright. T5 are good for corals. Overkill? Depends on who you ask. You will still was good red and green coloring on your live rock, so I don't think it's overkill. Just not necessary.
