It looks like it's not fully opened yet. They should be somewhat flat, like an open flower.

i am disagreeing that that is a fox coral. fox coral has flat polyps they don't bubble up. but i might be wrong, maybe because i haven'e seen one the is bubbled up or at least my fox doesn't, it just shrink up but it doesn't bubble. JME

here. you can see the the polyp are al evenly flat.

i don't have a pic of it closed but you can compare it to this when it is all open up.

huh, it looks the same to me, just that mine has not opened up all the way yet. It has the same texture and stuff. yours looks better, so far
