has anyone ever used or had success with fragswap.com?
i live in the washington, dc area and you would think in such a hot cultural climate that we'd have a bit of everything. seems most reef clubs are aimed 70 miles out of the area except for wamas which has one event like every four months.
anyone local to DC or had experience with the above mentioned site?
