I saw one of these guys today and OMG I think I fell in love. It was so cool and beautiful looking. So I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with. I've been trying to plan my stocking list and thought I had it figured out, but this guy might change all my plans.

Very cool fish, but these guys will eat anything they can fit in their mouth. It might not be right away, but it will eventually happen. So it really limits your stocking options, however you could pair them with a snowflake eel and something else and do a predator tank. They are reef safe, just not shrimp and small fish safe

I have a zebra lion in a reef tank and well.... I say make your reef, and set up a seperate pred tank later. Dont get me wrong i love my marty, it just made me sad to see my skunk cleaner get his head ripped off.

They are all cute and cuddly at first, but they get bigger and hungrier. Methinks marty will eventually get his own tank.
