Good adjustable flow pump?

I need a pump with low flow thats adjustable for this: https://www.livingreefs.com/experience-hob-refugium-t33995p2.html#post471260

I have a Maxijet 1200 and it pumps 295gph which its too much flow.

Any recomendations?

Look into a small Rio pump. They come with redtrictor valves that you can adjust down. I have a little Rio 4 H on my carbon reactor, works great.

I have this and work really nice, and is adjustable, i use it on a canister filter i build for my FW tank, but soon will be my ATO pump.
