Hammer coral

Just noticed a new "mouth" on my hammer coral. "I THINK" Can someone tell me if that is what this is and does that mean it is getting bigger and doing good? I have a bad hair algea problem right now but that is for a different thread. Thanks

If there is more than one mouth, that usually means that it has either split or is splitting, both of which are good signs.

They split and keep splitting as long as there happy..
