My wife and I have wanted to do a Marine tank for years. We've always had freshwater tanks and enjoyed having fish and plants, but wanted to expand our horizons so-to-speak. We began researching and just before Christmas, we found a 75 gallon tank on Craigslist and the deal was too good to refuse. We got in on a great deal at our LFS for live rock and bought a 150 lbs. We set the tank up the next day. We've had a successful cycle and just last night added our CUC.
My wife and I are also involved in showing dogs - we have Vizslas - a Hungarian Pointing breed. I am also an photography fanatic - undoubtedly you will find pictures of our tank in the coming months as we add to our new tank.
We look forward to the joy that our tank will bring us in the future.
Thanks to all of the people who have posted information that was very helpful in guiding us to what we ultimately decided on. This forum has been a great help answering many of the small questions we've had so far as well!
