some of u might have seen my thread, i have a 100gallon display with a 30gallon sump. i bought a panworld 1275 gph external pump. after a few test what a disappointment the pump is loud an blah blah i just hate it now lol. and its only been 2 days. whats the best and quietest internal pump???? i need something thats MAKES no noise and gives out little heat... $ is not an issue im so angry right now im willing to spend it.

Eheim 1262 external. ;)

Your tank doesn't need 1275 gph flowing through the sump.
900 is plenty.

I had a ViaAqua that died on me, and then I switched to Eheim. They're pricey, but they're great pumps.

MagDrives. I have my tank in my bedroom and somedays i have to check to be sure its even running but i have no clue on what kind of heat they put back into the tank.

MagDrives will put heat into the water the older they get. I have not had that problem with the Eheims though.

I'm running a pair of Mag 9.5 pumps, I don't hear them at all.

ok thank u all for the info, i went ahead with the eheim 1262 900GPH...
i will no longer go external im going internal. i do have the option for either in/external.

So why did you decide to go internal with it?
