HELP!! Little White Worms

Noticed this morning that on the back and sides of the tank are little white worms. Now I am seeing them everywhere. They seem to be in a curled like manner. Should I be concerned? How doI get rid of them if they are bad?

Those sound more like spiroid worms to me.Which are just a type of small feather duster thats perfectly safe and will eventually just go away.

I just scrape them off the glass because they look crappy to me.
