Help!!!

My keyhole fish has something going on with one of his eyes. On of the is really puffy and very cloudy. What could this be?

Probably some type of bacterial infection. Improved water quality usually clears it up.

Can i correct that with 10% water changes every day till it clears up? Think it could be Popeye Eye?

If it looks like his eyeball is a big bubble, then it's popeye. Popeye is usually caused by a physical injury, and can be dangerous if the fish stops eating. If the fish is still eating, popeye usually goes away on its own eventually. Some fish may end up losing the eye, but again, that's not that big of a deal if they're still eating.

Update his eye still looks the same but he is still eating.

Still having problems getting worse. It has moved to my fish's other eye. His eye is also very red.

OK my keyhole has died from this both of his eyes got it and his fins started looking really bad, and started not eating. I also got a coral beauty and he got the same thing in one of his eyes and i don't think he is going to make it either. He fins are lookin bad also. What is going on none of my other fish has gotten this?

Since you 1st started seeing these problems and started this thread, how often have you been doing water changes to try to improve your water quality?

Once a week at least.

4 gallons out of my 29 gallon tank. My coral beauty just died also.
