If you've got too much flow on Duncans they won't open up fully. As far as growing, feed them some mysis when you feed your fish..They'll very quickly IME start sprouting new heads.
Ok im going to move them to a lower flow rate area coz they are kinda getting hit by the powerhead and the water comin out the filter ina way...now...to just find a spot...lol hmmm
