you can click on user cp and then click on subsribed threads and that will take you to any thread that you have created or posted to. the other is that once you post to a thread you should get an e-mail as soon as someone posts to the thread

also if you have posted in a thread there will be a check in the circle right before the title

You can also turn off the feature that notifies you via email if it gets annoying :)

I go to ''new post'' under my username(CP) off the home page.Once in,all thread with new replies are listed and the ones with a heart are the ones I've subscribe(posted) to.
