Welcome to the site. sorry to hear you are having problems. We need to know if you have the capabilities to quaranteen or if you have a fish only tank or do you have live rock and corals. until we know something about your system it is hard to advise. No having said that, for a natural cure you could add a couple cleaner shrimp, if nothing in your tank is incompatable with um, and add a uv sterilizer to deal with the floating ick piods. treatment with medications is not advisable if you have corals or for some inverts. more information needed.

I think one area that most people miss when trying to diagnose a tank is factors that can create stress. Immune systems are very much affected by constant stress - that goes for fishies as well. Where is your tank located in the house?
